How do I make final payment or collect my special order during the temporary closure?

While there may be some delivery delays due to the COVID-19 restrictions in place, special orders are still in process. Our team will be in touch with those who have placed orders to discuss payment and delivery options during our boutique closure. Can I collect my repair?

We are still able to assist you on your repairs that are in process. No repairs have been held in our boutique to ensure continued processing and delivery. All repairs are being processed through our head office service centre which remains open with a reduced team. How do I get a repair carried out?

Unfortunately, during the COVID-19 outbreak our physical stores are closed so we cannot collect or carry out repairs in store. Our Head Office Service Centre is currently operating via postal service for any repair needs. CLICK HERE for instructions on how to send your watch in for repair.
